Sat. May 5

series, from Putnam.
Tues. May 8
- 7:30 Calhoun Isles Community Band in association with Once
Upon A Crime Mystery Bookstore presents "ONCE
UPON A CRIME: Music from Classic Movies & TV" at the
Jefferson School Auditorium at 1200 W. 26th St. and Hennepin (just
down the street from the store). The dulcet tones of Carl Brookins'
lovely baritone voice will narrate while Gary Shulze is
the tuba solist. Come one! Come all! Don't miss this one-of-a-kind,
rare -- and free! -- opportunity to see and hear what a bookseller
and a host of local amateur musicians do in their spare time. It's
so much fun it should be a crime! CLICK
